I built a podcast capsule to retain more and connect the dots across themes. It ingests my YouTube URLs and generates an analysis with frameworks, key ideas, and quotes — helping me recall what I heard and visualize the conversations. Using Anthropic's API, it tags insights by theme to create theme capsules, so I can revisit frameworks, clips, and quotes across podcasts (this is where we connect the dots!). A Telegram bot lets me send a link on the go, and the analysis runs while I'm out.
A prototype answering: what if you had a "FigJam meets Notion" canvas for your documents? Beyond the visual focus, I used OpenAI Symphony to orchestrate four agents to help plan trips. Symphony watches my database for a specific trigger, then every 60 seconds spawns a Codex agent in a clean workspace for each triggered row — and stays idle when there's nothing to dispatch.
