About

Hi, I’m Nicole Garcia Fischer—a problem solver and builder. For 7+ years, I have been leading transformative business operations projects, allowing me to merge my love for design, building and service. And as part of my 'Sunday Hustle' ritual, I work on passion projects that get me into that magical flow state.

Whether it’s building a new business process, designing an app, or crafting a children’s book — I love working on things that spark curiosity and connection. At my core, I’m about building things that matter, working with inspirational teams, and staying endlessly curious.

Craving to turn my ideas into prototypes, I've also gone deep into Vibe Coding. Learning the craft of vibe coding has changed my identity and empowered me to such degree that I have created a course on Vibe Coding at the AI Study Camp (which I am also teaching!) -- this is my deepest focus at this time, and I am super excited for what we're building.

At Duke, I combined a Pre-Med track with a Public Policy and Global Health double-major for undergrad. Curious to expand my world, I spent a semester abroad studying Infectious Diseases across India, South Africa, and Brazil. Those months changed me and showed me it’s worth to risk an unconventional path.

Outside of work and projects, you can usually find me running on a crisp morning, nose deep in a book, or hosting friends for cozy, laughter-filled dinners.

If you’re drawn to creative ideas, thoughtful collaboration, and the energy of making things happen, let’s connect—I’d love to hear your story.
